Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients' dietary needs.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their overall well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering trust and reliability.
- Previous experience in direct care or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
