Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks and hygiene needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Help patients with mobility, including getting in and out of bed and moving around the home.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
- Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe living environment.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is mandatory.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards clients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
