Position Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role in our enhancements division. You are responsible for your crew, your job sites, and the final result. You will lead daily operations in the field, ensure work is completed safely and to standard, and hold your team accountable for performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew to complete landscape enhancement projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Plan and execute daily work, including materials, equipment, and labor required to meet job objectives
- Perform and oversee installation work, including plantings, mulching, grading, seeding/sodding, and site improvements
- Ensure all work meets quality expectations the first time. No rework or callbacks
- Train and guide team members on proper techniques, productivity, and safe work practices
- Maintain accountability for crew performance, job progress, and overall results
- Operate and oversee the use of trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment
- Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites, trucks, trailers, and yard areas
- Ensure all safety standards and PPE requirements are followed at all times
- Communicate clearly with managers and team members to keep jobs on track
- Assist with additional work as needed, including shop, yard, and support tasks

Qualifications
- 1 year of landscape or related field experience (enhancements/install preferred)
- Prior crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to manage time, people, and job expectations
