Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance and construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
- Lead landscaping teams in general landscape maintenance…. planting, lawn care, pruning, mulching, weeding, landscape design
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment and tools used in landscaping tasks
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to guarantee excellence in every aspect of landscape execution
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to optimize productivity
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields
- Must be able to drive a truck, trailer attached and zero turn
- Demonstrate supervising or leadership experience within a landscaping or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices for plant health and soil management
- Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively
- Skilled in equipment operation, safety procedures, and troubleshooting common landscaping tools
