Role Description

This is a full-time Property Manager, Assistants, Leasing, Maintenance, Porter roles located on-site in Salt Lake City, Moab, St. George, Reno NV area, Ogden, UT. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of properties, maintaining compliance with affordable housing requirements, and ensuring reliable tenant communication. The Property Manager will oversee property maintenance, prepare necessary reports, monitor budgets, and ensure regulatory guidelines are met. Additional duties include fostering positive relationships with tenants, owners, and relevant agencies to promote efficient property management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, affordable housing programs, and tenant relations
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain compliance with state and program guidelines
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and file management systems
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in software management systems and knowledge of HCCP certification standards is a plus
• Real estate or business or degree in administration, or Exoerience
