Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
