As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll support Emerson's Measurement Solutions businesses worldwide, transforming data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, optimize supply chain performance, and fuel continuous improvement across a diverse global organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data
  • Support the creation of slide decks and presentations for senior management
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes and enhance operational performance
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals
  • Manage the planning and budget cycles for the supply chain group
  • Implement processes to improve department efficiencies

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related subject
  • MBA or other related master’s degree a plus
  • Strong background with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
  • Ability to apply AI tools to drive process efficiencies
  • Travel up to 15%, international possible
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • MBA or other related master’s degree a plus

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is$75,000 to $95,000annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
