The salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the Supplier Performance Engineering team to ensure consistent delivery of quality engineering processes and supplier outcomes.
- Drive performance improvements by implementing procedures, systems, and metrics that support quality, speed, and cost targets for external suppliers.
- Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance in all engineering and supplier interactions.
- Partner with global, cross‑functional teams—including operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering—to align supplier strategies and improvement initiatives.
- Manage team capacity, define needed capabilities, and ensure the team structure supports the Supplier Performance Engineering strategic plan.
- Provide coaching and development, set clear expectations, and support recruiting, onboarding, performance feedback, and succession planning.
- Contribute to strategic planning, organizational reviews, and resource planning in support of long‑term business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited school
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience managing engineers and/or technicians, with strong technical expertise and demonstrated leadership capability
- Proven success in project management, including managing budgets, schedules, resources, and multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively across cross‑functional teams
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with a track record of driving results
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, balance competing demands, and optimize team and operational performance
- Lean and/or Six Sigma training or certification
