Restaurant Manager

Emerson Resort & Spa
Mount Tremper, NY Full Time
POSTED ON 10/13/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 12/11/2026

ABOUT THE EMERSON

Nestled along the Esopus Creek in the heart of the Catskills, the Emerson Resort & Spa is the Route 28 corridor’s premier destination — 53 guest rooms across our Lodge and Inn, a 10-room destination spa, curated shops in the historic barn, the Catamount event venue, and an exciting new restaurant concept coming soon. The Emerson is in a period of growth and reinvestment: new resort-wide technology, and record-setting guest demand. This is a rare opportunity to put your stamp on a restaurant — and a resort — on its way up.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE

  • Be a builder, not a caretaker: the resort is launching a new restaurant — you will shape its service culture, systems, and team from the ground up, working directly with resort leadership and an experienced restaurant advisor.
  • Room to grow: we are actively building our food & beverage leadership — strong performers here are first in line as the department expands.
  • Great benefits: competitive salary, paid time off, paid holidays, sick leave — and your birthday is a paid day off.
  • Modern tools: Toast POS and a brand-new resort tech stack — spend your time on guests and your team, not workarounds.
  • A setting people travel for: work steps from the Esopus Creek in one of the most beautiful corners of the Catskills, with a tight-knit, long-tenured team that treats each other like family.
