What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient speech, language, feeding, and swallowing services for children with developmental, neurological, or medically based communication needs.
- Partner with families and caregivers to create personalized, playful, and effective therapy plans.
- Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary pediatric team that celebrates every small success.
- Bring creativity, compassion, and expertise to every session!
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology (required).
- 2–3 years of pediatric experience strongly preferred—especially with feeding/swallowing or autism.
- Current MA Speech Therapy License and CCC from ASHA required.
- BLS certification (can be obtained within 4 months of hire).
- A warm, professional, and collaborative approach with children and families.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to each child’s needs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to Service Excellence and a love for making therapy fun!
