Key Responsibilities
Data Entry Duties
- Enter patient, clinical, and administrative data into EMR, CRM, and internal databases
- Review all entries for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
- Correct errors and inconsistencies identified during audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Process incoming documents, forms, and reports
- Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly data entry tasks
Quality Control Duties
- Perform routine data audits to verify accuracy and compliance
- Flag discrepancies and follow up with staff to resolve issues
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards
- Maintain logs of corrections, updates, and QC findings
- Support continuous improvement of data workflows
- Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA guidelines
Administrative Support
- Assist with scanning, filing, and document management
- Prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and QC reports
- Communicate with your Director and leadership in both English and Spanish
- Support operational needs during busy periods
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (verbal and written)
- 2 years of data entry or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical, clinical research, or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with QC processes or audit procedures
- Experience with patient charts or clinical documentation
Work Environment
