Our luxury wares stewards are responsible for
- Handling, washing, and polishing luxurious dinnerware.
- Handling, steaming high end linens.
- Daily inventory
- Dish room maintenance and cleanliness
- Working under and assisting our ware master
Job Requirements
- 2 years’ experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
- Ability to carefully handle expensive ware.
- Enthusiastic, coachable, and reliable team player
- Knowledge in cleaning products and chemicals
- Interest in personal growth and development
- Open availability
