Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Sales Specialist / Optician who can blend high-end styling with expert optical care. The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury sales environment. You know how to provide an elite client experience while guiding patients to the perfect pair of designer eyewear.
Key Responsibilities
- Luxury Styling & Sales: Drive boutique sales by helping clients select premium eyewear that matches their personal style and prescription.
- The Client Experience: Deliver exceptional, white-glove customer service, building lasting relationships with our patients and clients.
- Precision Fitting: Perform professional fittings, adjustments, and measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses to ensure maximum comfort and perfect vision.
- Patient Education: Educate clients on specialized lens technologies, luxury craftsmanship, and proper eyewear care.
- Boutique Operations: Manage luxury inventory, process custom orders with suppliers, and maintain precise patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with our eye care professionals to provide seamless, comprehensive patient care, including managing basic insurance and medical billing processes.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the latest trends in luxury fashion, eyewear designs, and optical technology.
