Job Requirement:
- Minimum experience 2yrs
- Extensive knowledge of food, fine spirits, beers, sake, wine, and champagne
- Kitchen experience strongly appreciated.
- Experience in designing craft cocktail creation and menu development.

- Up to date with ongoing trends
