Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive the Business: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage store employees to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work culture. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, meet targets, and maximize productivity. Manage budgets, payroll, and expenses with continuous reporting to the Retail Director.
- Operations and Visual Merchandising: Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and weekly visual merchandising adjustments to deliver a well-rounded assortment of top performers, new assortment selection, and adherence to corporate visual standards/guidelines.
- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service in all interactions with clients. Be a steward for the brand to foster a deeper client relationship and solidify their store experience for future visits. Be the solution for the client through confi dent and decisive decision-making.
- Marketing and Community: Build relationships with local customers, business owners, and influencers.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a retail environment, including a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, sales performance, and customer service
- High School Diploma required; a College Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration, or other related fi eld is strongly preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and select evening shifts
- Strong independent work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
