Talent & Marketing Coordinator

Role Summary
Emerging Blue is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Talent & Marketing Coordinator to support our recruiting, business development, and marketing initiatives.
This role serves as a key partner to Recruiters, Account Directors, and leadership by helping build talent pipelines, support prospecting efforts, strengthen brand visibility, and contribute to business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys research, relationship-building, marketing coordination, and identifying opportunities to connect great talent and brands.
Success in this role is measured by the quality of candidate pipelines, contribution to business development efforts, consistency of brand marketing support, and overall impact on team productivity and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Partner with the Director of Acquisition & Operations to support prospecting and lead generation initiatives.
- Research prospective clients, brands, and market opportunities.
- Build target company and contact lists to support new business outreach.
- Assist with preparation of client presentations, proposals, and business development materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Support special projects that contribute to revenue generation and client acquisition efforts.
Brand Marketing & Social Media
- Support Emerging Blue's marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
- Assist in managing and maintaining company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate and create content for social media, newsletters, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Help promote company events, thought leadership, candidate success stories, and industry insights.
- Support employer branding efforts that strengthen Emerging Blue's market presence and talent network.
Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Support
- Proactively source and engage talent for active, upcoming, and evergreen searches across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, consumer, and related industries.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Recruiters and Account Directors.
- Conduct candidate research and resume reviews to identify qualified talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within Avionté and other recruiting tools.
- Support job posting administration and recruiting operations as needed.
- Provide sourcing insights, talent market intelligence, and pipeline updates to recruiting teams.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, business development, or marketing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, or sourcing tools preferred.
- Familiarity with fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle, or consumer industries is a plus.
- Experience supporting social media, marketing, or business development initiatives preferred.
