Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support store leaders in achieving performance expectations, operational consistency, and customer experience goals.
- Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business results and implement solutions to operational challenges.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations for process improvements, system enhancements, and operational adjustments.
- Deliver product and operational training to store leaders and work with internal teams when deeper training is required to support growth and consistency.
- Support community building and engagement by inspiring and activating store-level events and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key sales, returns, KPIs, and trend data; create action plans with store leaders for performance improvement and recognition of success.
- Advise and coach store managers on leadership, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee staffing, payroll optimization, inventory management, and internal systems for efficient district operations.
- Set clear performance expectations for stores and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development guidance for leaders.
- 8 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-store leadership or district-level management role.
- Extensive experience opening stores, training teams, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and virtually.
- Proven ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams through influence and coaching.
- Comfortable working a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and travel as needed.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and handle physical demands such as bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
