About The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our creative team to develop custom apparel graphics for a wide range of industries including music, sports, lifestyle, and corporate brands. Your role will include turning creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and preparing artwork for screen printing and production.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that will be seen nationwide—from one-off custom pieces to reorders for well-known clients. You’ll report to the Art Director and collaborate with cross-functional partners in Creative Services.

What You’ll Do

• Design original, screen-print-ready graphics based on client requests and brand guidelines
• Recreate logos and artwork from raster images into clean, vector format
• Develop multiple concept options based on design briefs, incorporating feedback and revisions
• Prepare clean, production-ready art files for printing
• Conduct brand research and reference industry trends to inform design direction
• Manage multiple projects at a time and meet tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• Participate in team reviews and deliver timely status updates on design work

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the apparel, merchandise, or print industry
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient in typography, layout, and color theory
• Familiarity with the screen-printing process and how to design for it
• Ability to adapt to different styles and brand aesthetics
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Positive, collaborative attitude and openness to feedback
• Bonus: Illustration skills or hand-drawn elements are a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience working with licensing, corporate clients, or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of apparel mockups and placement guides
• Familiarity with custom merch platforms or B2B apparel processes

Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 DOE
