We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Key Account Support Specialist for our client to support the growth and execution of strategic key accounts across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. This role serves as a critical partner to the sales team by ensuring operational excellence, account coordination, order management, reporting accuracy, and exceptional customer support for the brand’s most important partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage key account and custom projects to ensure deliverables and customer deadlines are met.
- Provide operational support for strategic retail, wholesale, and distributor accounts.
- Facilitate internal project meetings and communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM, ERP, and project management systems.
- Create sku and inventory reports, PowerPoint presentations, account summaries, and sales performance tracking.
- Coordinate communication and workflow between sales, operations, product, logistics, and finance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or merchandising.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM systems, and ERP platforms.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience supporting wholesale, retail, or key account sales teams.
- Background in consumer products, retail, gift, beverage, or e-commerce industries.
