Our work blends sustainability, craftsmanship, and creativity—and we’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable and resourceful to support both our store and studio operations in a fast paced environment.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a highly organized Studio Coordinator who can manage receiving materials, keeping the studio running smoothly, and managing daily logistics. This is a role for someone who enjoys both customer-facing retail and hands-on operational work behind the scenes. Previous experience is a plus. This job offers a 360 degree experience within the fashion and home industry with strong potential for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementReceive all incoming shipments—including inventory, supplies, and materialsConduct quantity and quality checks; reconcile invoices and packing slipsOrganize stockrooms, track inventory levels, and communicate any shortagesHelp maintain an efficient system for storing and locating materialsStudio Manager SupportReceive and log all packages delivered to the studioUnpack, sort, and distribute materials to the appropriate areas or team membersMaintain overall studio cleanliness: organizing surfaces, tools, trims, and production suppliesMonitor studio supply levels and reorder or flag needs as appropriateHelp streamline workflows to ensure the studio runs smoothly day-to-dayEventsAssist with planning and executing in-store and off-site eventsSupport setup, breakdown, refreshments, materials, and guest flowCoordinate logistics and help ensure events run smoothlyE-Commerce & ShippingOversee fulfillment personnel to ensure online orders are shipped correctly and in a timely manner.Team SupportCan fill in or assist sales associates during store business hours.Support founder/creative director with marketing and social media content.Design and Wholesale SupportAid design team in coordinating new development samplesCalendar and timeline awareness.Ship packages for wholesale orders and development needs.Who We’re Looking ForExperience in fashion, retail, design, studio operations, or production is a major plusFamily Management or Executive Assistant Experience Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing physical inventoryHands-on, reliable, proactive; comfortable juggling varied tasksStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyPositive demeanor able to interact with customers and the rest of the team.Growth mindset; excited to learn about the business and be a part of our team.Pay: $20/hour
