Job Description: Technical Project Manager (Embedded Systems)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has started their career as a Software Engineer and brings strong hands-on embedded systems experience. The ideal candidate should be technically deep, capable of leading cross-functional teams, and comfortable working across embedded software, AI, and frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded software projects, from requirements to release
Act as a bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring technical clarity
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery timelines
Review system architecture, design, and code quality with development teams
Manage teams working on C , Java, embedded firmware, AI, and frontend components
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and quality standards
Support technical decision-making and resolve complex engineering challenges
Mandatory Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Embedded Software Development (mandatory)
Solid background in C and/or Java
Experience managing embedded systems projects (firmware, drivers, RTOS, etc.)
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Engineering Manager
Additional Skills (Required)
Exposure to AI / ML technologies (integration, solution understanding, or delivery)
Experience or understanding of Frontend technologies (any framework is acceptable)
Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
Nice to Have
Experience in product-based or embedded-focused organizations
Knowledge of IoT, edge computing, or hardware-software integration
Prior customer-facing or client-handling experience
