With offices across North Carolina, we are seeking an Operating Room RN to join the team. This position's main objective is to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, safe, effective, cost-effective, and appropriate nursing care for patients across the age continuum (4 weeks to geriatric). This care aligns with established surgery center policies, nursing practice standards, and guidelines set by the Association of Operating Room Nurses. The Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care to surgical patients, demonstrating a broad knowledge base to address various single and multisystem illnesses and injuries. They maintain control of the surgical suite environment and take responsibility for developing and coordinating safe care plans using AORN Standards of Practice. Working within the framework of EmergeOrtho's policies, philosophy, and objectives, the Registered Nurse upholds nursing practice standards. They report directly to the Director of Surgical Services.
