- Use Precision Tools: Accurately measure parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other specialized testing equipment.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering schematics to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Document & Report: Log inspection results, document defects, and generate daily quality reports using our internal software.
- Quarantine Defects: Identify non-conforming parts, remove them from the production line, and collaborate with the production team to identify the root cause of the issue.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints and proven experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for spotting inconsistencies, defects, or out-of-tolerance parts.
- Communication: Ability to communicate quality issues clearly and professionally to machine operators and management.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn data-entry/quality-tracking software.
