JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB STATEMENT This position is responsible for
finished products including documentation of final inspections and
testing before it is picked up by customer. This position will also
Perform Material Movement And Warehouse Functions. JOB DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect finished products by confirming specifications
on blueprints, conducting visual and/or measurement tests and returning
products for rework. Inspect re-worked products in Final. Perform
accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspection of raw material,
components, and sub-assemblies used in Final Assembly Document and
report inspection findings and results and monitor corrective actions to
inspection findings. Initiate Non-Conformance reports (material
rejection notices) as required; Conduct various tests and quality checks
on finished products ensuring the product has been tested and fall
within standards; Examine material or product for surface defects such
as cracks, pits, and incomplete welds; Compares product with parts list
to ensure completion of assembly; Rejects defective parts, and marks
type of defect on part, container of parts or inspection tag; Interprets
engineering drawings, diagrams and confers with management or
engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards;
Perform other quality system processes at the direction of the Quality
Director. Assist with attaching parts to final product. Test assembled
electrical components. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1-2 Years Inspection Experience In a
manufacturing environment. Experience in the manufacturing and/or
service of pressure vessels or cargo tanks, a plus. High school diploma
or GED required. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proficiency with inspection tools
including hand tools such as tape measure, micrometers and calipers;
Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and inspection
instructions; Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units
of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability
to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. Excellent Computer Skils Job
