Emergency Infant Services (EIS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing immediate assistance to children five and younger whose families are facing financial hardship. We supply essential items like infant formula, diapers, clothing, and more—because a child cannot wait. Each year, we support over 50,000 infants and toddlers in the Tulsa area.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a team making a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inventory and keep the warehouse organized and volunteer-friendly.
- Accept and check-in deliveries promptly.
- Assist with distributing goods to families as needed.
- Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance for the warehouse, building, and grounds.
- Inspect donated car seats for safety compliance.
- Drive the EIS van as needed (valid driver’s license required).
- Lead and motivate volunteer teams during events and programs.
- Support volunteer coordination and training.
- Work occasional evenings or Saturdays for volunteer activities.
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or nonprofit setting.
- Experience working with volunteers preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
