This role is critical in converting inbound patient inquiries into scheduled appointments and delivering an exceptional first impression of our dental offices. The ideal candidate will use a consultative approach to guide patients through treatment options, overcome objections, and help them move forward with care.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from prospective and existing patients
- Convert calls into scheduled appointments by effectively communicating value and urgency of care
- Understand patient needs and recommend appropriate services and next steps
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and conversion goals
- Accurately document all patient interactions in the CRM/practice management system
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment, missed appointments, and patient inquiries
- Manage objections related to cost, concerns, and scheduling with confidence and empathy
- Collaborate with office teams to ensure seamless patient experience
- Maintain professionalism and positivity in a fast-paced call center environment
- Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
