Packers are responsible for preparing and packing items for shipment in a warehouse or production facility. This role requires close attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and knowledge of packing machinery and techniques.
Shift Hours:
B shift - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM - Monday - Friday
Key Responsiblities:
Packers are responsible for preparing and packing items for shipment in a warehouse or production facility. This role requires close attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and knowledge of packing machinery and techniques.

Key Responsiblities:
- Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools
- Read work orders to determine the type and quantity of items that need to be packaged
- Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials to ensure conformance to specifications
- Seal containers and materials using glues, fasteners, tape, and hand tools
- Load finished packages into trucks, vans, and cars for delivery
- Maintain records of packaged items
- Keep workspace clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency
- Operate packaging machinery as required
- Availability to work the full shift hours consistently.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move items as needed.
- Prior experience in a similar role or willingness to learn.
- Adherence to all company safety and operational procedures.
- HSD/GED preferred
- Pay 18/hour
