RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source candidates through traditional recruiting methods (Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, and job boards) and modern channels (i.e. networking groups, social media, etc.)
- Screen and pre-qualify applicants and schedule interviews across Emerge recruiting practices
- Demonstrate Emerge’s core values of Authenticity, Integrity, Accountability, Hard Work, and having FUN!
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma Required (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
