Based out of their growing Tampa office, we are partnered with a health marketplace backed by one of the nation's largest health insurance carriers and born out of the country’s premier enrollment platform. The combination of offering a comprehensive suite of health insurance solutions and enrollment technologies allows agents unparalleled opportunities for success.
We are actively seeking licensed health insurance agents for their Member Service Representative team to help build up this unique health marketplace that combines the ability to sell to an existing member network and by offering competitive policies from other leading health insurance carriers and a comprehensive suite of ancillary products. This position starts on a contract to hire basis, with a hybrid office schedule and unlimited career growth potential.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current, Active Health Insurance License
- Can work hybrid schedule 2 days remote and 3 days in-office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Handle inbound member service calls to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support with health insurance benefits, plan details, claims, provider networks, and coverage concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members by addressing health insurance questions, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information about available coverage and benefits.
- Maintain accurate member records, document call details and issue resolutions, and process eligible policy updates or service requests in accordance with company procedures, carrier guidelines, state and federal regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
- Provide ongoing member support by resolving inquiries, addressing billing or coverage concerns, coordinating follow-up, and scheduling or transferring calls to the appropriate department when additional assistance is needed.
