We are looking for a responsible Wellness Coordinator to perform a variety of tasks. Duties of a Wellness Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative needs. We are looking for someone who knows Mindbody online software or can learn it quickly.
Do you like to get people excited about taking care of their health? Your job would include educating clients on our different health modalities and the benefits. Float therapy, Halo therapy, Massage therapy, Fire and Ice Therapy- Sauna/ Cold Plunge, Essential oils, CBD, and many more wellness products and treatments. Training is provided.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Wellness Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our wellness company. Must be a Multitasker!
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Booking client appointment on MindBody Online
- Cold Call prospective clients to get booked for treatments and services
- Sell Wellness Products by educating clients on why it is beneficial to their health
- Educate clients to save money by joining our monthly discount program
- Prepping and Cleaning treatment rooms as well as business cleaning and organizing
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists and overall database information
- Take Detailed Clinical notes on Clients interactions and health issues.
- Manage/ assist staff in day to day duties and requirement
- Provide general support to our clients
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Act as a point of contact for staff as needed
Skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of Red Light therapy, Sauna, Cold Plunge, Massage, Float Tank Therapy, Halotherapy, Compression Boot Therapy, IV Therapy, Antigravity Massage Chairs
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Fitness Wellness Industry
