What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT/MFTA) position at Emerald Therapy Center?
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met
- Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present
- Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed
- Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations
- Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice
- Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate
- Participate in case consultation as indicated

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an active Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT/MFTA
- Previous experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred.
