We are seeking an Interim Supervisor to lead our team of Targeted Case Managers and provide oversight of our program that helps individuals with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising employees, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Targeted Case Managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor program outcomes and develop strategies to improve client outcomes and staff performance.
- Ensure that all client records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and program managers to coordinate services and streamline processes.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and other professional development opportunities.
- Arrange for monthly group and individual supervision.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a human services setting
- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse disorders.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
