We are currently in the high-growth phase of scaling a B2B platform into a multi-facility, national footprint. This isn't a role for someone who likes "layers." This is for the leader who wants their fingerprints on every process, every plant, and every line of the P&L as we transition from a regional player to a dominant national brand.
