What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sheet Metal Worker position at Emerald HVAC MA?
Responsibilities:
- Design, Planning, Installation of Residential and Commercial HVAC systems
- Filing permits and inspections when necessary
- Perform testing/troubleshooting on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
- Provide excellent workmanship and communicate effectively with clients and other trades
Qualifications:
- Sheet Metal License (journeyperson)
- Refrigeration License is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to use various tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
