Emerald Housing Management is a growing affordable housing management company. We are seeking a full-time Section 8 Property Manager to oversee operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease and market vacant units
- Collect and record rent payments
- Maintain full compliance with LIHTC and affordable housing regulations
- Prepare, process, and approve rental applications
- Supervise on-site maintenance staff and other personnel
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in affordable housing property management (Section 8 experience required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using property management software
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills
