What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice LPN position at Emerald Hospice?
Emerald Hospice is looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to participate in directed care delivery including functional and focused nursing tasks as assigned by the RN and provides ADL and other support as directed. As a LPN your responsibility will be to report observations and to complete all required documentation in a timely manner. The LPN works as part of a nursing team including a Registered Nurse. The RN routinely supervises the LPN.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Minimum of one year of Hospice experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
