Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through outreach, in-gym promotions, lead follow-up, and tours
- Promote group fitness classes and personal training packages
- Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools and daily reporting
- Train, coach, and motivate front desk or sales staff (if applicable)
- Develop local partnerships and marketing strategies to generate leads
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Attend community and promotional events representing the gym
- Handle membership inquiries, pricing discussions, and closing sales
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in fitness sales, membership sales, or similar role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Leadership experience is a plus
