Account Manager – B2B Sales
Greater Seattle Area | Hybrid | $115K OTE
We are partnering with an established, privately held company to hire an Account Manager. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys managing and growing existing accounts while also identifying and closing new business.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of B2B accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Leverage inbound opportunities while proactively developing new business.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and retention.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and generating new business.
- Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000
- On-Target Earnings: $115,000
- Uncapped commission and performance-based bonus opportunities.
