About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Accountant to support our expanding finance team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the company’s daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Record and post basic journal entries
- Manage and maintain financial and accounting software
- Track and oversee the company’s cash flow, including receiving, disbursing, and recording transactions
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receipts
- Assist with month-end close and prepare supporting documentation
- Take on other duties and special projects as assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Oracle experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with accounting software and financial data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting rules and procedures
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-entity environment is a plus
