We are seeking Life Insurance Agents to join our dynamic team. Whether you are already licensed or looking to become licensed, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with new clients
• Educate clients on life and health insurance options to best fit their needs
• Assist clients with applications, policy selection, and enrollment
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed sales goals with the support of our proven system

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales experience a plus
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Life Insurance License

Compensation

• 100% 1099-based with uncapped earning potential
• Average first-year agents earn $80,000
• Top performers earn $300,000 annually
• Our team currently has 271 agents earning over 6-figure income and 4 individuals earning over 7-figure income.
