The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and effectively communicating the value of EME's products and services to both prospects and existing clients. The role also requires coordinating internally across departments to resolve customer issues, meeting monthly and annual sales goals, and continuously improving sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Regional Account Manager - Sales (Prairieville) Responsibilities
Regional Account Manager shall:
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of EME products, services, systems, policies, and procedures
- Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form with internal and external customers, prospects, and management
- Make effective sales presentations and identify customer needs to communicate the benefits of EME products and services
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, prospects, and internal teams to add value to the business
- Serve as a liaison between customers and EME departments to resolve product, service, and accounting issues
- Manage time effectively, completing all assigned tasks, call plans, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain personal accountability for customer satisfaction, account ownership, and meeting sales goals
- Identify and report efficiency, service, and product problems affecting the company and customers
- Solicit and report customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services
- Work with the CEO to set personal sales goals aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Handle both inbound customer calls and outbound sales presentations with a specific plan and objective
- Obtain new business, grow existing business, and retain customers after the first sale
- Organize and manage sales activities including calls, orders, quotes, documentation, and customer information requests
- Analyze and document sales reports, new and repeat business reports, and customer complaint logs
- Project a positive image, negotiate effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and career development

Regional Account Manager - Sales (Prairieville) Education
The minimum educational requirements for this position include:
- High School diploma
- Some College
- Professional Certifications (sales, marketing, business/administrative management)
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Word / Excel computer program experience
Regional Account Manager - Sales (Prairieville) Experience Requirement
Minimum of:
- 2-3 years inside telephone sales
- 1-2 years outside sales
- Customer service experience (inside or outside)
- Computer usage (including internet and email)
Preferred:
- Experience using a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) to manage accounts, track sales activity, and maintain customer records
- Experience using AI-enhanced communication or productivity tools to streamline customer outreach and improve response efficiency
Work Schedule The Regional Account Manager works 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Starting salary is $24-26 with the opportunity to earn monthly incentives
