Job Overview 

Air Systems Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Team Member to provide customer service, proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of BAS. This non-exempt position reports directly to the BAS Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work
• Tracks outstanding proposals
• Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals
• Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system
• Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes
• Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals
• Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes
• Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals
• Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed
• Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience
• Proficient on MS Office Teams, Coins, Salesforce
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail a priority
• Be able to multi-task
• Excellent Organization

Competitive Salary: $31-$36 per hour based on experience.
