Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs HVAC Service work on large HVAC systems in commercial faciliites.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with large HVAC systems in commercial facilities.
- One HVAC mechanic must have, as a minimum, a State of North Carolina HVAC Heating Group 2 license.
- One HVAC mechanic must have, as a minimum, a state of North Carolina HVAC Heating Group 3 Class 1 license.
