Technical Qualifications & Skills
Operators must operate a computer and be familiar with the systems utilized, business email (MS outlook), Excel and Word.
Must have the ability to operate a computer and be familiar with the systems utilized, business email (MS Outlook), Excel and Word. Experience and/or willingness to learn SAP functions is a critical component of this position.
Must have a valid drivers license.

Job Summary:
Direct interaction with customers, exhibition of strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the ability to resolve issues and conflicts.
Position also requires the use occasional use of Power Truck equipment. Must also be able to safely change and store propane tanks.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis. (There is one item which weighs up to 72 lbs.)

Must be able to Inspect materials, truck, transfer, and store all materials to be shipped and/or received.
Research shipments / deliveries / inventory issues within the SAP platform.
Produce Manual Bill of Ladings.
End of quarter inventory reconciliations working directly with Goodyear plant leadership.
Coordinate “Direct Shipments” to track in situation critical circumstances.
Perform plant to plant inventory movements (SAP).
Proper file maintenance of Inbound shipment paperwork and email requests for adjustments.
Scheduling on-site trailers in support of GY production.
Process outbound international shipments (documentation) in coordination with GY / DHL Transportation groups.
Processing of “Legal” tire bags and tags requests from GY legal department.
Shipping material inventory and order requests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Have knowledge of or ability to process material movements / inventory adjustments within SAP platform.

Must perform any other operation necessary in efficiently carrying out the overall job assignment.
Processing of inbound materials to include accuracy checks, printing of labels, logging information in Excel, and utilization of SAP System to produce inventory of assets and bill of ladings.
Education
