Essential Functions
- Project Development: Contribute to 1–2 medium/large or 3–4 small-scale projects, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile delivery team, engaging in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to deliver incremental value.
- Technical Execution: Write and maintain clean code, assist with debugging, and support application enhancements using modern tools and frameworks.
- Mentorship & Learning: Receive coaching from senior engineers and gain exposure to enterprise development practices through shadowing and hands-on experience.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of technical work and present project outcomes to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
- Completion of sophomore year preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
- Web development and general programming knowledge
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills

Salary : $20 - $23
