FULL-TIME PRODUCTION WORKER

$18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Emberline Press is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Production Worker to join our team in Aberdeen. This is a versatile production position that may involve working in several areas of our operation, including cutting, machine operation, inserting, finishing, packing, and other production tasks.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, has excellent attendance, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn different jobs and equipment. The right person will be trained on various production processes and, once trained, should be comfortable working independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and perform a variety of production duties based on company needs and individual training
• Operate and monitor production equipment, which may include cutters, inserters, and other finishing or processing equipment
• Set up machines and make adjustments as needed
• Follow job specifications and instructions carefully to ensure accurate production
• Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Count, sort, stage, package, and prepare materials for shipment
• Move and organize materials throughout the production area
• Complete production and job paperwork accurately
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance as instructed
• Learn new equipment, processes, and production procedures
• Work independently once properly trained
• Assist other production areas and team members as needed
• Follow all company safety and production procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and dependable with good attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn different jobs and production processes
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable learning and operating machinery
• Able to work independently after training
• Good organizational skills and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable making basic machine adjustments is a plus
• Previous manufacturing, printing, machine operation, or production experience is helpful but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team while also taking responsibility for assigned work
• Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Primarily first-shift hours
• Additional hours and overtime may be available during busy production periods
