You will be responsible for day-to-day partner management and for driving execution across active partnership work streams —from kickoff through delivery and ongoing success. - U.S. work authorization / location: We are only considering candidates who are currently in the U.S. and already have valid U.S. work authorization. We can support H-1B application/transfers/extensions for candidates who already hold H-1B status, but we are not able to pursue new H-1B petitions for candidates outside the U.S.
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB), investing, private equity, or equivalent environment.
- Native or near-native English (written and verbal).
- Exceptional execution, operational ownership, and attention to details: consistently drive workstreams forward with speed, accuracy, and follow-through; strong operating habits (e.g., CRM hygiene, project trackers, documentation, structured status updates).
- Strong business sense and street smart: be creative in making things happen, not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
- Experience working on partnerships in media/entertainment, advertising, creator economy, or AI/tech is a plus
- Remote-friendly (prefer Bay Area): work from anywhere.
- Hybrid options available for candidates near the Bay Area.
