Pay Rate: $22 - $23 per hour (non-exempt) - Part Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Audit to oversee the nightly operations at our establishment. The Night Audit is responsible for reconciling daily transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service to guests during overnight hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nightly audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and departments
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
