Essential Functions:
The Room Attendant will provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include
- changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Make sure our rooms are fully stocked, and clean.
- Change bed linen and make beds.
- Replace used towels.
- Vacuum carpets.
- Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo).
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services).
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
- Follow hotel security guidelines.

- KNEELING/CRAWLING: Constantly.
- STOOPING (BEND AT WAIST): Constantly.
- TWISTING (KNEES/WAIST/NECK): Constantly.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time position.
- Flexible to work Holidays and weekends
- Shift Times: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Requirements
- Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Must be in full uniform every shift.
- Customer service attitude.
