Essential Functions:
· Prepares hotel hospitality receptions for patrons by cleaning and setting up dining tables; Ensures that buffet area is ready with food and equipment.
· Strong support to the culinary team on replenishing and keeping the buffet area clean and stocked at all times.
· Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
· Maintains table setting by helping removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
· Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Requirements
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Weekdays: 5:00 am to 11:00 am & Weekends: 6:30am to 12:00 pm
- Part-time position.
- Weekends and Holidays as needed
